We all know that exercising is good for our health. But sometimes the idea of exercising is stressful and we associate people who exercise as group that we are not a part of and may not want to be a part of.

As a chiropractor I treat people who come in with neck pain, headaches, mid back pain, low back pain, and sciatica symptoms. One aspect of that treatment is prevention.

One of the greatest preventative strategies we can use to minimize and decrease the frequency of triggering episodes of these conditions is by adding movement into our day. For some people exercise may come easily. But for those who struggle, it may be that expanding on one or two things you do during your day, or changing something slightly, or creating a simple habit may be an easy way of adding movement into our day and starting the prevention process.

Above is the introductory video for the series around adding small amounts of movement into your day. You can check back here every few days for the following video, or see them all now on our YouTube channel.
